Confirmation of Orders

After you have placed an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirmation by return confirming receipt of your order. This email shall contain the details of your order which represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation email to you.

Returns Policy

We operate a 30 day guarantee for returns which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase it can be returned to us within 30 days of the date of receipt providing it is in the condition which it was sent to you and unopened. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If items have been opened then we can only issue a refund if the items are faulty.

We reserve the right to return to you items sent back to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. In addition to your 30-day returns guarantee, you are entitled under EU Law to cooling-off period of seven business days.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Customs

Oversees deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. These are charges over which we have no control and therefore if applicable to your purchase such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

We have in place electronic and procedural safeguards relating to the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information which you may reveal to us through your use of the Website and or when you place an order for items with us. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you however collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information is always subject to those safeguards above.

When you place an order with us, we reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming your order and we work to protect the security of your information by using software which encrypts the information you input.

We always recommend that you protect against any unauthorised access to your password and to your computer.
